SPS is a company with 20 years of experience in the Thai market and has built more than 18 real estate projects. The main contractor who will deal with the complex development of the Layan Green Park project from the pit excavation to finishing works.

MEW ENGINEERING SYSTEM is the main contractor for MEP systems work. The company was founded in 2002 and has earned an excellent reputation in the Thai market.
